As an HR Consultant at Sharaf Strategy Consultants, you will be engaged in diverse HR consulting projects, offering expertise and solutions to clients across various industries. Your role will involve working directly with clients to understand their HR challenges and develop tailored strategies to address their needs.

You will collaborate with project managers and other consultants to deliver effective HR solutions and drive client success. This role offers the opportunity to work on a range of HR projects, from recruitment and employee development to performance management and organizational change. Your insights and recommendations will be instrumental in helping clients achieve their HR goals.

What you'll do

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic HR Consultant (People & Culture) to join our Advisory team at Sharaf Strategy Consultants (SSC). The role involves designing, implementing, and managing HR systems and practices for our clients across industries, as well as contributing to SSC’s internal people and culture initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring both technical HR expertise and a deep understanding of people-centric growth strategies.

Client Advisory & Implementation

  • Conduct HR audits and assessments to identify organizational needs.
  • Design and implement HR frameworks including policies, employee handbooks, and organizational structures.
  • Develop and execute solutions related to talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and succession planning.
  • Support clients in creating a strong company culture aligned with their values and goals.
  • Design and deliver training and capacity-building workshops on HR best practices.

Internal HR Projects

  • Support SSC’s internal talent lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, and engagement.
  • Lead internal projects on culture-building, DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion), and employee experience.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal regulations applicable to operating geographies.
  • Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and performance management.

Project Management & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Strategy, Functional, and Project teams to understand client needs and deliver integrated solutions.
  • Prepare project plans, timelines, HR reports, and dashboards.
  • Maintain client relationships and ensure consistent communication on project status and deliverables.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Deep understanding of core HR functions: talent management, HR operations, L&D, OD, and change management.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance (UAE regulations).
  • Strong consulting skills – problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR tech platforms is a plus.

What you will need

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in HR roles; at least 2 years in a consulting or advisory environment preferred.
  • Certification in HR is advantageous.
